Introducing our St. Tarcisius Medal, a reminder of the courage and devotion of the "Boy Martyr of the Eucharist." It is the perfect First Communion gift for boys, embodying the spirit of youthful faith and reverence for the Holy Eucharist.
Tarcisius was a young boy living in Rome during a time of fierce Christian persecution. One day, he bravely volunteered to carry the sacred host to imprisoned Christians. But along the way, he was attacked my a mob which was curious to see what he was holding. Tarcisius refused and clung tightly to the sacred host hidden under a linen cloth. The mob ultimately took his life, but when the crowd looked for the host, it had miraculously disappeared.
