The Saint Script Daily Prayer Journal

This journal was created to help others develop consistency in their prayer routine. The format is simple and approachable as to not overwhelm or distract, but to aid you in creating a consistent prayer life. Each day is laid out with the same short prompts to guide your time in prayer (see inside page photo).

A pocket folder at the back is designed specifically to store prayer cards or other items that regularly assist you in prayer. An elastic band wraps around the journal to keep everything tidy. The cover is hard and durable and available in two different designs, the Marian and the Apud Deum. Both painted and designed by me.

The Marian cover is inspired by the many names of the Blessed Mother including 'Joy of Creation', 'Mystical Rose', 'Queen of Heaven', and many more. Apud Deum is a Latin phrase meaning "with God".  My inspiration comes from a quote from my favorite spiritual author Henri Nouwen.

"Why is it so important that you are with God and God alone on the mountain top? It’s important because it’s the place in which you can listen to the voice of the One who calls you the beloved. To pray is to listen to the One who calls you my beloved daughter, my beloved son, my beloved child. To pray is to let that voice speak to the center of your being, to your guts, and let that voice resound in your whole being."
